DEKA Kwa-Mzungu Land
DEKA ‘Kwa Mzungu’ Land (Isinya) Investment
At DEKA, we understand that real estate is an imperishable asset, ever increasing in value. It is the most solid security that human ingenuity has devised. It is the basis of all security and about the only indestructible security. In line with this universal truth, DEKA members have embarked on several investments including the purchasing of land off the Isinya-Namanga road, near the Merishaw School. The land has a clean Mother Title, that has been verified by DEKA ‘Kwa Mzungu’ Committee, and the Land Office at Kitengela Municipality.
DEKA Officials floated this investment idea to members after following legal due process. Upon inking the deal with the original landowners, the land was inspected by DEKA Officials, and members began payment towards the investment. Each 1/8-acre plot costs Ksh. 390,000, spread over a time period of 6 months. The land is an ideal piece for land speculation and home ownership plans.
